STEVE PHILLIPS was the hero for Hythe, saving two penalties in the shoot-out.
In the clash of second versus fifth Ramsgate had looked the livelier side early on and certainly created more of the chances.
Hythe tried to hit on the break with long balls forward not really threating the Ramsgate goal.
