TRURO CITY sealed their first promotion to Step 2 in four years with an injury time winner from their captain, Connor Riley-Lowe.
Twice the White Tigers led, through top scorer Tyler Harvey and Andrew Neal, but a Darryl Saunders penalty and Gary Abisogun strike hauled the Robins back level on both occasions.
But Riley-Lowe’s winner in the fourth minute of stoppage time, proved a fitting winner.
Harvey put the visitors ahead on the stroke of halftime with a fine half-volley past keeper Michael Eacott.
