DAVE DIAPER cannot wait for the challenge of Southern Premier League football after making it fourth time lucky in the play-offs – and says Sholing needed promotion to ‘keep things fresh’.
The Boatmen defeated Hamworthy United 2-0 in Monday’s Division One South play-off final to reach Step 3 – the highest level they have ever played at.
