CURFEW: Mark Harper

FORMER player Mark Harper is back at Chertsey Town as manager.
The former Leatherhead, Aldershot Town and Farnborough defender has replaced Dave Anderson in charge of the Curfews having stepped up from Combined Counties Premier club Spelthorne Sports.
■ Ben Smith has become Ramsgate FC’s first ever contracted manager.
Smith is back in the dugout after leaving Herne Bay back in November and signs a twoyear deal.
He takes over a Rams side who finished second in Isthmian South East last season, only to lose out in the play-off semi-finals.
