IT’S fair to say Andy Leese is something of a Step 3 expert, so Kettering Town look to have made a rather shrewd appointment this week.
Leese has spent the last 13 seasons managing at the level, ever since guiding Chesham United to promotion way back in 2010.
After leaving the Generals seven years later, a spell with Enfield Town in the Isthmian Premier followed, before he sought pastures new this summer.
