STONES STAR SAM SNAPPED UP BY O’S

SAM Howes is determined to grab his EFL chance with both hands after leaving Wealdstone for Leyton Orient.
The 25-year-old has joined the League Two champions on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee. He played in every minute of every game for Stones last term. His form also earned him his first England C cap, against Wales C.
The former West Ham youngster has also gained Non-League experience with the likes of Hampton & Richmond, Eastbourne Borough, Woking, Dorking Wanderers and Horsham.
