HOMETOWN hero Aidan Rutledge is determined to prove himself after his Step 6 heroics earned him a move to National League club Gateshead.
The prolific striker plundered his way to 61 goals in just 43 appearances for Northern League Division Two club Birtley Town last season and played an integral role in helping the Hoops to their first ever promotion into Step 5.
