BEN STREVENS hopes the small marginal gains can add up for Dagenham & Redbridge.
The former Eastleigh boss returned to the club where he won promotion to the Football League under John Still at the back end of last season.
It gave him ten games to assess what he needed this summer – and that’s included some off-field tweaks.
