CONOR Tee thumped home a swerving free-kick to punish Macclesfield for a sluggish second half, which both teams finished with 10 men.
The Silkmen had most of the play in the first half and led seven minutes before the break when Kane Drummond isolated Billy Shaw, made space with some nice footwork and rifled low into Ollie Taylor’s far bottom corner from an acute angle.
Bromsgrove soon hit back, with player-boss Michael McGrath getting across his man to lash home Tee’s centre from the right.
