SOLIHULL Moors lost their final pre-season test as late goals from Liam Gordan, Isaac Hutchinson and Ronan Maher handed League Two visitors Walsall the victory.
The Saddlers dominated the first half opportunities. Aramide Oteh had a shot blocked before failing to convert a delicious centre from Gordon.
Moors keeper Tommy Simkin was called on early in the second period to keep out Freddie Draper before Moors went close when Josh Kelly’s low cross eluded Mark Beck at the far post.
