ALTRINCHAM ace Regan Linney struck twice as the Robins conquered Woking – and boss Phil Parkinson says they showed the resilience they need if they’re going to make an impact this season.
Linney had opened the scoring for the visitors inside six minutes but Woking’s Scott Cuthbert and Reece Grego-Cox swing it back the Cards’ way inside half-an-hour.
Matty Kosylo ensured a see-saw first-half ended all square before Linney’s strike just two minutes after the break, ultimately, won it.
