OXFORD City picked up their first point in the National League in this game of two halves at The Shay.
FC Halifax dominated the first half and were well worthy of the 32nd-minute lead given to them by Rob Harker.
But Oxford came back into the game after the break and equalised through Pierre Fonkeu to deservedly return south with a point.
