WORKSOP Town were left scratching their heads after their goalless draw with Lancaster City.
The visitors had the opening opportunity of the game on seven minutes when Jake Connelly broke free at the back post from a corner, but he could only head into the hands of Adam Hayton.
Worksop were the better of the two sides from that point on and were denied a penalty in the 25th minute. Lewis Forshaw and Simon Grand got in a muddle and the ball came loose. Luke Hall tried to claim it and went down claiming that his shirt was pulled.
