IN a game that featured all four seasons, it was Wimborne that came out on top.
There was a delay to kickoff due to travel disruption for Malvern, reflected in the visitors start to the game, with Beale opening the scoring in the 12th minute.
Malvern’s defence were at sixes and sevens throughout the early part of the game and were once again punished as Wimborne knocked a long ball forward which was misjudged by the keeper, enabling Baker to round him and slot home in the 20th minute.
