ROYSTON cruised to victory, as they comfortably beat an Alvechurch side who finished the game with nine men on the field and no manager in the dugout.
Things had started brightly for Alvechurch as they scored from their first attack in the 14th minute, skipper Joshua Dugmore’s cross headed home by Armar Dyer.
The turning point of the match came in the 21st minute as away topper Harvey Randle came sliding out to claim a through ball and in the process handled just outside the box, leaving the referee to dismiss him.
