BORO claimed the points thanks to Matt Stenson’s early second-half strike.
Nuneaton welcomed high flyers Royston Town to the FCS Stadium and it was the Crows who controlled the opening few minutes of the match with Cain Keller almost carving open the Boro defence with a fine pass through the back-four only for skipper Scott Mc- Manus to intercept and stop the danger.
Stenson had the first clear-cut chance for the home side with an effort from just outside the box whistling past the far post.
