NEW Bury FC boss Dave McNabb knew taking charge of the Shakers would be good – but he didn’t realise quite how good.
McNabb has replaced Andy Welsh at the Gigg Lane helm and is charged with winning promotion from the North West Counties League Premier.
It’s a feat he achieved with Warrington Rylands back in 2021 as they won promotion to Step 4 with a league and FA Vase double, before a second successive promotion to Step 3.
