Lakeland off to a subdued start at Lynn

THE first match of the Adam Lakeland era at King’s Lynn Town ended with defeat at home to Buxton at The Walks.
Diego DeGirolamo’s second-half stunner took the wind out of Lynn’s sails and victory was confirmed by substitute Scott Boden in injury-time after Lynn had levelled through Cameron Hargreaves.
New boss Lakeland - serving a onematch suspension - watched the game from the directors’ box with his assistant Sam Walker in charge in the dugout.
