BASINGSTOKE TOWN cruised through this lowkey cup tie against lacklustre opponents.
That’s not to underplay the value of this victory to Stoke, who have a string of injuries and came into the game off the back of three consecutive league defeats.
Here they scored three first-half goals as Kidlington struggled to offer much threat, and saw out the game from there.
