■ LIVERSEDGE brushed aside back-markers Winterton who remain without a victory on their travels.
The hosts had to wait until shortly before the break to open the scoring, Alex Wollerton finishing on the turn following Jack Hardacre’s raid on the left.
Debutant Liam Hardy, recruited from Gainsborough, steered in a second goal from Nicky Walker’s cross.
Good work from Hardacre prompted a defender to turn into his own goal and Sedge sub Alfie Raw converted a penalty after Will Portman was fouled.
