GOSPORT BOROUGH maintained their place at the league summit with a hard-fought victory over Tiverton Town.
It was Gosport who created the opening chances with Kurtis Cumberbatch seeing a shot deflected and Charlie Wassmer nodding against the bar from Alex Barsa’s cross after ten minutes. But it was the visitors who scored the opener in the 15th minute; an interception finding Carlo Garside who sent his shot inside the bottom left.
