■FAKENHAM TOWN are through to the second of the FA Vase after securing a 2-0 home win against Cockfosters on Saturday. Jake Watts and Jude Frostick were both on target for the home side in the first round tie.
Sheringham exited the competition as they lost 1-0 away to fellow Premier Division side Mildenhall Town. Ben Nolan scored the decisive winning goal for the home side.
Downham Town are also through to the next stage of the Vase after recording a 1-0 home victory over Coggeshall Town from the Essex Senior League.
