Neal contributed the opener early in the second half before Sadler unleashed a fine effort to secure a 2-1 victory at Biggleswade United.
Elsewhere, Tring Athletic got pegged back twice in a 2-2 with FC Romania, Max Hercules and Harry Sheppard notching only for the visitors to level it up.
