FROME Town put an untidy performance behind them to win after the visitors’ captain Jacob Hodgson headed into his own net.
Cribbs showed the ambition that they had lacked back in August’s league meeting. The visitors won countless early corners and Matt Spiller’s volley struck the post.
Frome grew into the game, Reece Rusher’s cross dipping the wrong side of the bar while Warren Maidment’s threat from corners caused havoc.
