REDBRIDGE progressed into the second round of the FA Trophy after a tightly-fought battle.
The visitors started brightly, making this a competitive cup tie but without many chances for either team.
However, the best opportunity came on 35 minutes when the visitors’ Soumen Nandi found the onrushing Solomon Oguwomoju and his effort skimmed the bar with a effort from inside the six-yard area.
