DESPITE heavy rainfall throughout the 90 minutes, the pitch held up well, with both sides adapting. Exmouth opened the scoring, good link up play between Louis Morrison and Aarron Denny ending in a Nelson Iscguan goal.
They were pegged back with Jayden Neilson setting up Evander Grubb and the Farm gained ascendency.
Early in the second half, Neilson fired home from the edge of the box, but Town equalised when a Ben Steer shot was turned home by Iscguan.
