GET ON WITH IT! Timewasting is now all too common

I HEARD an interesting statistic recently that the ball is only in play on average for 56 minutes per game.
That means fans are only getting just over 50% of the action they are paying for.
The worst culprits for timewasting are goalies who either go down injured for no reason or take an eternity to take a goal-kick.
This could be dealt with by referees issuing yellow cards early on in a game and adding on all time without exception.
