HYDE United ended the day inside the play-off positions following a hardworking victory at FC United on Saturday afternoon.
The home side started the brighter, with Dontai Gabidon forcing Sam Waller into an excellent save 10 minutes in.
Hyde were soon creating chances, and shortly before the half-hour mark were unlucky not to score. Bradley Roscoe nodded a long ball into FC’s penalty area, straight into the path of Lewis Alessandra, whose effort hit the post.
