Gritty Gladiators mount comeback

TEN-MAN Matlock Town stormed back from 2-0 down at the break to stun Bradford Park Avenue.
Myles La Bastide opened the scoring in the post-Mark Bower era. The Bradford winger danced around the defence and hammered into the top corner from close range.
It went from bad to worse for the Gladiators as Finlay Armond saw red for a late challenge on Mitch Lund.
Manager Martin Carruthers was also dismissed for his protests over the decision, while Lund got a yellow for some afters.
