TWO goals from Danny Edwards helped Bamber Bridge to a thrilling win against lowly Basford United.
Towards the end of a quiet first half that saw little in the way of clearcut chances, Brig opened the scoring on 42 minutes when Harry Scarborough picked up a loose ball before slotting it beyond Kieran Preston in the Basford goal.
The hosts then doubled their advantage just two minutes after half-time, Sam Billington firing a low effort into the bottom left corner following a good team move.
