SALISBURY left it until very late to clinch the three points against hard working Hayes and Yeading to maintain their place at the top of the league.
The match started slowly with neither side able to pass accurately.
But after ten minutes the home side’s Charles Gunson intercepted the ball on the right and powered into the area where he sent a dipping cross for Noah Coppin to glance a header past the Hayes keeper to put the home side in front.
