A SPIRITED Leamington held on to beat in-form AFC Sudbury and make themselves unbeaten in six.
There was a new man in goal for the hosts, James Philp, and he was called into action early on, denying Dan Meredith superbly.
The Brakes kept pushing for an early goal, but their biggest chance was wasted. Will Shorrock nicked the ball off a defender easily, but he rifled his shot into the side netting.
