■BRIGHTLINGSEARegent brushed Ipswich Wanderers aside in the Isthmian League North Division.
The hosts initially went behind when Teon Leggett found the back of the net in the 23rd minute, giving Ipswich Wanderers hope ofcausing an upset. However, all the goal did was spring Brightlingsea into life, allowing Kojo Apenteng to equalise just six minutes after the visitors’ opener. The second half then saw the hosts push on and secure victory, starting with Zack Littlejohn’s effort to give his side the lead in the 62nd minute.
