AFTER an even opening
■38 minutes, the visitors took the lead following a good finish by Joe Morley.
Bootle had spurned the opportunity to take the lead as Jake Burton headed wide. Hednesford defended well throughout and capitalised when their chance came.
Bootle started the second half well but were unable to draw level. The visitors doubled their lead as Morley slotted past Tony Thompson after 77 minutes.
