A SECOND-HALF hat- from Niall Davie ■trick saw Carlton achieve a firstever victory over Brighouse Town.
The visitors began the sharper of the two sides and Cameron Bedford hit a post after just six minutes.
Carlton improved and Brighouse keeper Jamie Hassall made a couple of important saves.
Davie fired home at the near post though, after 53 minutes to break the deadlock and then doubled Carlton’s lead from the penalty spot eight minutes later.
