ALVECHURCH defied the odds to earn a share of the spoils in a game that saw them have midfielder Mackenzie Lamb sent off before half-time.
But they needed on-loan keeper Brad Foster to be at his very best to keep Kettering at bay with a string of fine saves.
The West Brom shotstopper dived full-length to turn a Tom Scott effort around the post on 26 minutes just before Lamb saw red for a two-footed challenge.
The breakthrough came on 33 minutes, Kettering’s Luca Miller curling a sweet effort just inside the far post.
