■KEVIN HAYES hit a double as Stockton brushed aside Brighouse. The visitors took control in the fourth minute after Hayes put a low cross in which Michael Fowler bundled over the line. as Hayes hit the top corner from a free-kick. After Brighouse keeper Jamie Hassall made two great Brighouse rattled the woodwork, Hayes got the third saves in as many minutes he tipped one onto a post for Stockton after 71 minutes. and got down low to another.
