DOVER ATHLETIC chairman Jim Parmenter has urged supporters to get behind new management team Jake Leberl and Mike Sandmann.
The duo replace Mitch Brundle, who was sacked at the start of the week following last Saturday’s 4-3 defeat to managerless Havant & Waterlooville.
It left the Whites second bottom of the National League South with just one victory all season – albeit with nine draws – and extended their winless run to 19 games.
