ALFRETON Town boss Billy Heath was pleased with how his players lifted themselves after their initial second round clash with Walsall was postponed six minutes before kick-off !
The National League North Reds secured a 0-0 draw from Tuesday night’s rearranged game and will now travel to the League Two side this week with the prize of Southampton away in round three.
Speaking to The Non-League Show, Heath says the disappointment of a late call off, due to a frozen pitch, of Saturday’s live TV game was felt by their hard-working volunteers.
