A BRACE from Sol Solomon guided Marine into play-off contention as they defeated Gainsborough Trinity, who see themselves slipping towards a relegation fight.
It was a hastily arranged Mariners debut for Luke Hutchinson after the devastating knee injury to keeper Felix Goddard in midweek meant he was recalled to his parent club for rehabilitation.
