■ KIDLINGTON hearts were broken as their fightback ultimately came to nothing.
Despite having countless opportunities to see the net bulge, Kidlington went in at half-time a goal down after conceding right on the stroke of the whistle. A great strike from Amaru Kaunda, who had pounced on a fortunate bounce that sent him through on goal.
Kiddy continued playing the better football in the opening quarter of the second half and levelled when Ben Richards poked home from a goalmouth scramble.

But just a minute later Biggleswade bundled the ball home...
