HALESOWEN made it a match to forget for Long Eaton as goals either side of half-time secured all three points for the visitors at Grange Park.
Setting off into the match on a cold and windy festive Saturday, both sides evidently had their eyes fixed on securing three points and nothing less, with attacking intent the main priority.
Simeon Cobourne was the first to establish himself by putting the Yeltz ahead with a neat low finish into the bottom right corner just after the quarter of an hour mark.
