STOCKTON Town won a game against Stocksbridge Park Steels where the weather put a stop to any decent play.
The Anchors had the better of the play in the first and an early effort was denied by an unorthodox save from Ben Townsend.
But they eventually got their goal, with a lofted cross from the right wing being headed in by Glen Butterworth.
