Lions cruise to heavy victory

GUISELEY gained an emphatic win over Morpeth Town, maintaining their bid to secure a play-off place as they sit just a point adrift of the top five after other results.
The hosts made the ideal start when a corner was headed back across goal with visiting forward Jack Foalle inadvertently heading into his own net just three minutes in.
Morpeth restored parity just before the half-hour mark when Sam Hodgson’s lofted effort proved too much for goalkeeper Oliver Battersby to save.
