■WITHAM TOWN pounced early on New Salamis who spent the game looking for a response.
Witham started with fast build up sending them through on the right, where a cross found Frederick King who headed home.
Witham didn’t stop there and three minutes later Deese Kasinga Madia made a run down the left-hand side and put it past the keeper to make it 2-0.
New Salamis couldn’t make it out of their own half as Witham kept a high press.
