KAREEM Isiaka led the way with a hat-trick as Chatham blitzed Billericay in a nine-goal thriller in front of a bumper 2,084 crowd at the Bauvill Stadium.
The visitors took the lead inside five minutes via Adam Leathers, but a moment of pure brilliance from Jack Evans drew the Chats level seven minutes later.
His 25-yard free-kick found the top left corner, putting the Chats in their stride.
A quick-fire brace from Isiaka put Kevin Hake’s men in the driving seat before Rowan Liburd extended their lead to 4-1 after just 35 minutes...
