FANS PAVE THE WAY FOR DALE BIDDING WAR

SHAREHOLDERS of Rochdale have agreed to dilute their holdings and create nine million new shares in the club, thus allowing American group World Soccer Holdings to launch a takeover bid.
The Texas-based group signed a letter of intent to purchase the National League club last week but they now face competition after a second company, The Football Club LLC, announced their intention to place a bid.
