LETHAL Lye Town ran rampant in the second half to keep their promotion chances very much alive.
Chances had been few and far between in the lacklustre first half, but things came to life after 56 minutes when Ryan Bridgewater netted the opener following a corner.
Matt Funge doubled the lead just three minutes later from close range and the points were in the bag for the Flyers when Joe Palmer scored a third eight minutes from the end, slotting home the rebound after Diamonds keeper Lewis Patching had saved his penalty.
