SUTTON faced off against Quorn FC, seeking to replicate their festive unbeaten run.
The match started evenly until Quorn tested Landers, Sutton’s keeper.
Denied a penalty, Quorn then scored a 30-yard screamer from Fyfe.
Sutton then equalised with Dowd’s free-kick beating Woods and Tongue put Sutton ahead with a clinical finish.
In the second half, Mc-Skeane’s header extended in a breakaway.
Sutton’s lead and Hurley’s cross found Gibson for another Sutton goal.
