TWO sublime goals were the difference between Newton Aycliffe and Winterton Rangers.
Jack Clarkson for Aycliffe had a big early chance when his stylish volley was parried out by Winterton stopper Nathan Popple.
The home side finally broke the deadlock in the 28th minute when Kyle Davis fired a brilliant acrobatic finish into the top corner.
The result was beyond doubt when Liam Adamson danced past Winterton defenders to fire under Popple just past the hour mark.
